Minimum Skills/Requirements
Two to three years college levelcourses/Associat''s Degree/Diploma in Nursing. New Mexico RN License required. One to three years experience in ambulatory care preferred.
Primary Job Functions
oResponsible for walk in and telephone triage.
oCoordinates patients care through collaboration with the patient/family and healthcare team.
oProvides patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating and documenting individual patient needs, actions taken and patient responses.
oResponsible for case management based on PCP panels, in collaboration with network providers to include nurse visits, telephone management, etc.
oDelegates or assigns aspects of patient care to healthcare team members commensurate with their validated competency to perform the task.
oDocumentation within scope of practice.
oPerforms other functions as required.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
