Job Description:
The Childcare Services Coordinator will play a pivotal role in supporting the Customer Service Manager in ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations related to ECECD (Childcare Assistance).
The coordinator will focus on recruiting and retaining ECECD contracts for RGEC Before and After School programs in the Belen, Los Lunas, and Socorro areas.
Main Job Tasks and
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Customer Service Manager.
- Collaborate with the manager to facilitate the delivery and completion of ECECD contracts.
- Assist in promoting and educating site supervisors and families about the process of obtaining an ECECD contract.
- Undertake any additional tasks or projects assigned by the manager.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must pass ECECD background check - Proficiency in administrative and clerical procedures.
- Familiarity with computers and relevant software applications.
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
- Reliable transportation.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
- Professional personal presentation.
- Strong information management skills.
