What Were Seeking:
- Must be BC/BE in Family Medicine
- Outstanding patient care qualities, highly motivated with an interest to grow their practice
- Patient-focused and willing to collaborate and work in a team environment
- Ability to obtain a medical license to practice in the state of New Mexico
Practice Highlights
- Monday - Friday Schedule:
Provider will have 34 hours of scheduled patient care and 6 hours of remote administrative time per week. Flexible Schedule - Call is in rotation with the group and is limited to telephone call only
- Patient Volume is average 15 to 25 patients per day
- System-Wide EPIC EMR
- MyChart as the Patient Portal
About Socorro General:
Situated near the center of the state, the City of Socorro sits at an elevation of approximately 4,500 feet - keeping it safe from the snow of the north and spared from the heat of the south. Socorro is home to Presbyterian Socorro General Hospital, which is supported by a partnership between Socorro County, a local Board of Trustees, and Presbyterian Healthcare Services, which has owned and managed hospital operations since 1976. The facility is a 25-bed, critical access hospital and regional medical center that offers inpatient and outpatient services.
